Our private function room is located above our main cafe. Complete with its own private access, bar, and facilities.
 

Venue hire includes one on one communication with our Events Manager; customisable table settings/seating, projector screen with remote, sound system, wireless microphone. We can even assist with set up
if requested. 


This space is the perfect venue for corporate or private functions, birthdays, engagements, and networking events. Whether your event is for business or pleasure, we have you sorted.

presentation remote, black out blinds, full sound system, microphone, seating areas,
dance floor, food, beverages, set up / clean up & service staff.

EVENING FUNCTIONS

Minimum spend: $2500
(
outside of peak season)
Minimum spend: $3500 
(p
eak season: 15 Nov until 31 Dec)

Some conditions apply on a case by case basis.

$500 deposit is required upon booking. $250 of this is used as a bond. 

The event space is available until 1:00am

Week-day rates are to be coordinated with the Events Manager.

BEVERAGES & BAR TABS

Browne St has a perfect space for a band to play at your private event. We have many talented contacts & can organise a DJ or band suited to your needs, or you can simply use our in house system with your own playlist via 3.5mm stereo input or  XLR.

The kitchen works closely with your event organiser to ensure we accommodate all dietary requirements. 

We supply a range of New Zealand boutique wine, beers, spirits & non-alcoholic beverages. There are multiple ways to set up & operate different bar accounts for your party.

For your private function, all catering is done in-house. Using seasonal produce, our canapé options are rustic & tasteful.

DAYTIME MEETING

The perfect spot for a working seminar, day time meeting, or networking event. Our Private Function room can be set up in a range of seating styles based on your requirements. The room includes a 3.1 x 1.8 projector screen, presentation remote, microphone & service staff. We can also accommodate an all-day tea & coffee station.
